0n February 18th the Governor of Premium Declared a State Emergency after the discovery of a forest on fire within the state of Premium. The State of Premium quickly acted and put out the fire to minimize the destruction. Governor Aaron launched an immediate Investigation of the incident and also found debris of TNT near the Fire. With this, the State of Premium determined that the Fire was not naturally occurring but could possibly be a threat or act of war. Under the order of Governor Aaron, the state of Premium is now under full Lockdown, with no entrance of anyone without the Governors approval. Governor Aaron deployed Military to the scene of the incident

As well as troops at each of the official entrances into the state from its fellow states. 

We are still awaiting news of Premium's investigation and actions they will take. 

President Peyton G. Butler proposed Bill #15 allowing the spawning of animals across the Nation and giving each Governor the authority to regulate all animals within their state lines.

President Peyton G. Butler presented Constitutional Amendment #8 to the State Governors. After much deliberation and removal/adjustment of clauses, the Amendment was passed. Amendment added to the Constitution Page.
