Peyton attacked and destroyed Hippogriff property and their beloved dolphin ophelia. He also committed arson and rebuilt what he destroyed without the state of Hippogriff's permission.
Hippogriff requests that Peyton's ability to play will be taken away for an extended period of time and that he be forced to relocate his stadium that has obstructed Hippogriff's view of the sea.

The court finds Peyton guilty of the charges against him as the overwhelming direct evidence and in court confession prove beyond a reasonable doubt his guilt.
The court however does not believe the State of Hippogriff's request for punishment is reasonable. The court believes requiring Peyton to relocate his stadium is undue burden. The court agrees with the state of Hippogriff that Peyton should be banned from playing for at a time he has been sentenced to confinement in a jail cell with only a book and quill. 6 Hours for the arson, 12 hours for the destruction of property, and 6 hours for the rebuilding of what he destroyed in violation of the Constitution for a total of 24 hours. This is to be enforced at the discretion of the Court.

State of Premium v. State of Landich
The State of Premium is accusing the State of Landich of causing a Forest in Landich to catch fire and begin burning by the use of a weapon. The State of Premium also accuses the State of Landich of using a dangerous TNT weapon which left remains of the TNT on Premium Land. By doing this the State of Landich would be breaking Bill #3 (The W.A.R Act) where it prohibits the destruction of property. The Destruction of Nature in another state is also specified in Bill #10.
The actions have caused many trees to fully burn down, leaving remains of trees sitting there, as well as TNT Remains that are completely glitched and do not go away, leaving PERMANENT spots in the State of Premium completely unusable.

Governor Peyton of Landich was tried on 4 different charges.
1: Violation of W.A.R. Act (Bill #3)
2: Violating Bill #10 through destruction of Nature
3: Violating Bill #10 through glitched TNT in Premium
4: Spawning Wither in Nether and causing destruction in Nether.
Governor Peyton and the State of Landich was found Not Guilty on charges 1, 3, and 4. However, The state of Landich was found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of charge 2. Governor Peyton Butler was sentenced to rebuild/replant the trees in the forest that was burnt, inanition to 20 minutes of service to the State of Premium under the supervision of Governor Aaron Butler.
