In this bill the institution of colosseums will be legalized all around the Confederation. These buildings will be instated at the will be the specific governor. In such institutions the murder of mobs, villagers, animals, and YES EVEN PLAYERS, will be legalized (all for entertainment pleasures, naturally). The T.R.A.V.E.L (Time Revealed A Very Essential Need-to-build-trains-accross-the Land) Act:
Whereas: Interstate transportation provides economic growth and enjoyment to a nation. Whereas: trains are cool. Therefore: The Confederation will establish an interstate transportation network. The Department Of Transportation will use whatever means of building (Including bridges, tunnels, trains, etc..) to connect the states together to allow Travel and the easy viewing of our National Landmarks among other things. The Department of transportation will be able to build said transportation on Federal Land at their discretion. States will maintain their Constitutional Rights to what is/isn't built in their state. The JCPenny (Judiciary Copyright and Patents) Act:
Judiciary: A judiciary will be established to handle constitutional, legislative, and legal uncertainties, including copyrights. The Judge will be appointed by the current president and serve during good behavior. And in disputes involving Judge, Enforcer will stand in as Judge. Copyrights: All items built out of one's own creativity will receive Copyright when said item is built. (Meaning one else can build it.) However no legal action can be pursued for buildings prior to this bill. Items built on federal land will receive copyright owned by the Confederation. The government will give permission to other states or members to use their design and represent itself in disputes. Through partnership with the Governor of Nobleton, Danae Butler, The Confederation will take a portion of land on the North Side of the Nation’s Capitol. This land, with the partnership with the governors of the Confederation, will be cleared out to build a new and improved Capitol Building for the Confederation. This new Building will be built together with all Governors and will be mapped out prior to building to ensure all officials are happy with the design and layout. The old Capitol will continue to be used until the new Capitol in built. Once built, the old Capitol will be converted into a museum to display the history of our Nation.
