Amendments
Amendment #1: There will now be three ways of passing laws in the Confederation, all of which will vary in power. They will apply to all things; it is more permanent. They apply to all things finite or repeating.
- How to pass amendments.
(Step 1) Write the amendment on a book and quill. (Step 2)Propose a vote inside the Federal Legislature of Capital. It is illegal to refrain from showing all of what is written on the amendment. (Step 3) Vote on the Amendment. The book must include signatures from each governor and how they voted on the Amendment. The votes on the Amendment must be unanimously in favor. (Step 4) Put the document in Archives, approved or not.
- How to later overturn Amendments.
(Step 1) Announce an overturn for said Amendments. (Step 2) Vote on it. The vote to overturn the Amendment should be unanimous.
Legislation: Any Law that will always apply around the Constitution.
How to pass legislation.
(Step 1) All laws must be proposed by the president of the Confederation. And must be recorded on book and quill. (Step 2) A vote will be help in the federal Legislature building or in the capital, with and the Governors present. It is illegal to refrain showing the document to any Governor. all the governors must vote. A simple majority will be required.
How to overturn Legislation.
(Step 1) Any Governor may suggest an overruling of said Legislation. (Step 2) Vote on it in the Federal Legislation Building or at the Capital of the Confederation. It must be overturned by simple majority.
Executive Order: Any law for one time, finite, projects or initiatives. And they must be proposed by the current president.
How to pass Executive orders.
(Step 1) Write the order in a book with the president's signature. Disclaimer you must announce the news to all the Governors, so there can be open debate over it and transparency with the current president.
How to overrule and executive order.
(Step 1) Make a formal objection Verbal or on book and quill). (Step 2) Put objection to a vote with all the Governors. It must be a simple majority.
These Laws are the three ways laws will be passed.
Amendment #2: Every new realm member shall be voted upon by all governors by simple unanimous.
Amendment #3: Land Act (Law addressing No-Man's Land Dispute)Unclaimed Land: Any person who wants to expand their state's borders into unclaimed land must announce expansion to all Governors.
Moving Land: Any land that is to be divided is in possession of the confederation until the moment it is divided. The Confederation will make sure the land is divided with haste. Any state that wants to adjust borderline only has to approve new border with Neighboring states.
Federal Land: Federal Land cannot be built on without an Executive order proposed by the current president. State owned objects or building are banned on Federal land or air.
Federal offices can't be built on any state soil, unless a unanimous vote in favor is proposed

The Constitution of the Confederation will here forth have official supremacy over the United States' Constitution. A citizen (even an American) shall give their lovalty to the Confederation first and for most. and then possibly to the United States. Treason against the Confederation shall consist only in the levying war against them, or in an adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnessed to the overt act, or on confession in open court.
Amendment #5: This Amendment hereby removes the first and second sections of the First constitution of this Confederation. In its stead this nation shall chuse the following:
Article 1: All federal objectives shall be voted on by the respective state Governors.
Article 2: The president shall be elected, as follows: Each State shall be entitled to electoral Points, equal to the whole Number of citizens of the respective state. The citizens, except for the state's governour, shall meet in their respective State, and vote by Ballot for one Person, the whole number of the State's Points directed to said Person shall be determined by the largest majority among the state's electorate; if two or more Persons shall receive the largest majority, then the state governour shall chuse the whole number of points directed. The Director of Elections shall, in the Presence of God Almighty, open all the Certificates, and the Points shall then be counted. The Person having the greatest Number of Points shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of points directed; and if no person have such majority then the president shall be elected as follows:
The Director of Elections shall in the Presence of God Almighty count all ballots cast, each individual citizen's vote will direct a single Point towards said Person, the Person having the greatest Number of Points shall be the President, if two or more persons have the largest Number of Points, the president shall be elected as follows:
Each governor shall be entitled to three electoral Points. The governors shall assemble and shall direct their points to two Persons. The Person having the greatest number of points in such assembly, shall be president. This assembly must be conclusive.
All of aforementioned events must occur before the end of the second week of the first month of the year.
Article 3: The President-elect shall chuse his Vice President.

To safeguard public assets and ensure responsible governance, this Amendment establishes regulations regarding the destruction of Confederation property in No-Man's Land. It is essential to maintain the integrity of public resources for the benefit of all citizens.
Article 1: Definition of Destruction
For the purposes of this law, "destruction" refers to any act that leads to the removal, damage, alteration, or degradation of government property, including but not limited to:
Demolition of structures
Alteration of landscapes
Removal of fixtures or equipment
Article 2: Approval Requirements
Proposal Submission:
Any proposed destruction of government property must be submitted in writing to the Confederation Governor Forum.
Voting Process:
The proposal will be distributed to all state governors for review. Approval of the proposal requires a simple majority vote (more than half) from the participating governors.
Article 3: Emergency Exceptions In cases of emergency that threaten public safety or welfare, actions may be taken without prior approval; however, all governors must be notified post-action, and a detailed report must be submitted for review. Actions are subject to Penalties upon Governors' decision.
Article 4: Penalties
Any unauthorized destruction of government property shall result in disciplinary measures from the Governors and by the Enforcer.
Article 5: Public Awareness
All actions related to government property must be documented and made accessible to the public to promote transparency and accountability.
Effective Date:

1. Prohibition of Bribing Voters: No individual, organization, or political entity shall offer, give, or promise to offer or give any material goods, money, favors, or services to any voter in exchange for a vote in an election.
2. Prohibition of Accepting Bribes: No voter shall accept or agree to accept any material goods, money, favors, or services in exchange for casting or refraining from casting their vote in a particular manner.

2. Informed Voter Check: The "Informed Voter Check" shall be a designated checkbox or indicator on the ballot that requires the voter to affirm, through their selection, that they have reviewed and considered the candidates' policies or positions before voting.
3. Ballot: A "ballot" refers to the official voting document used by eligible voters in elections for the purpose of casting a vote for a candidate or issue.
4. Candidate: A "candidate" refers to any individual running for office or position in any election.
5. Referendum Issue: A "referendum issue" refers to a question or proposal placed on the ballot for public vote, typically involving policy, legislation, or constitutional amendments.

1. Informed Voter Check Requirement: In all elections, every ballot shall include a clearly marked "Informed Voter Check" that the voter must select to affirm that they have reviewed the policy platforms or positions of the candidates or referendum issues listed on the ballot.

Design of the "Informed Voter Check": The "Informed Voter Check" will appear on the ballot in a prominent location and shall require the voter to mark a checkbox or similar indicator to affirm that they have reviewed the policies or positions of the candidates or issues on the ballot before casting their vote. This checkbox will be accompanied by a brief statement or question such as:
◦ "I have reviewed the policy platforms or stances of the candidates/issues listed on this ballot and am casting my vote based on this knowledge."
◦ "I have considered the positions and policies of the candidates/issues on this ballot before making my selection."
3. Application to All Voting Methods: The Informed Voter Check requirement shall apply to all forms of voting, including but not limited to in-person voting, absentee voting, and online voting. For non-paper ballots (such as electronic voting), the system shall provide an equivalent checkbox or affirmation option.
Director of Elections

This Act shall be known as the "Director of Election Appointment Act of 2024."
Section 9: Definitions
1. Director of Election: The "Director of Election" shall refer to an individual appointed by the sitting President, tasked with overseeing the electoral process for the current year's elections, ensuring compliance with election laws, coordinating election-related activities, and managing election officials and resources.
2. Sitting President: The "sitting President" refers to the individual currently holding the office of President of Confederation at the time of the election year.
Section 10: Requirement for Appointment
1. Mandate for Appointment: The sitting President shall, no later than September 1, of the election year, appoint a qualified individual to the position of Director of Election for the current year's election.
2. Qualifications for Appointment: The Director of Election must meet the following qualifications: a. The individual must demonstrate a strong understanding of election laws, procedures, and standards of fairness and transparency. c. The individual must not have a direct stake in the Election (Cannot be one of the candidates in the election).
Section 11: Responsibilities of the Director of Election
The Director of Election shall be responsible for:
1. Election Oversight: Ensuring that all elections conducted during the year are in compliance with local, state, and national election laws, and are administered fairly and transparently.
2. Voter Education and Outreach: Promoting voter education and ensuring that the electorate has access to accurate, accessible information about voting procedures, candidates, and ballot measures. Will do this by using the Confederation Email to send reminders to voters.
3. Election Security: Overseeing measures to protect the election from tampering, fraud, and other forms of manipulation, and working closely with cybersecurity agencies and law enforcement to secure the election infrastructure.
4. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring the progress of election-related activities and providing regular reports to the President, legislative bodies, and the public on the status and integrity of the election.
5. Addressing Election Complaints and Disputes: Serving as the primary contact for resolving complaints or disputes related to the election process, and ensuring that grievances are handled swiftly and impartially.
Section 12: Term of Appointment
The Director of Election shall serve in the role for the duration of the election year, from the date of appointment until the completion of the election process, including the certification of election results. The appointment may be terminated or modified by the sitting President at any time for reasons of incapacity, misconduct, or failure to fulfill the responsibilities outlined in this Act.
Amendment #8:
Preamble: In order to secure the freedoms of this confederation, we shall designate this amendment to limit the powers of the executive and to secure the election of said president.
The president shall fulfill his duties for a term of one year. In the act of resignation or impeachment, the vice-president shall assume the office.
The Governors of the several states shall have the sole authority to impeach the current President. This process will take a simple majority of the Governors; Conviction of a President will require unanimous consent of the Governours, excluding the current President if he be a Governor and President; The conviction will result in immediate removal of said President; this removal will result in the Convicted President being ineligible for the next election: however, with the consent of two Governors, a referendum ballot shall be held at the time outlined in Amendment 5 for the eligibility of the Convicted President. If the convicted president gains 3/4 popular support in such referendum and wins with the sufficient electoral points, then he shall be elected President during said period.
The Director of Elections is the only person to know the names of the voters associated with the vote outlined in Amendment 5. The President or Governors may remove said Director for failing to anonymize the voter registry.
