In light of our ongoing efforts to promote national values of strength, courage, and honor, and to foster a sense of unity among our citizens, this document serves as an official declaration regarding the designation of the Lion as the national animal of The Confederation, effective immediately.
Rationale for the Designation:
            - Symbolism of Strength and Courage: The Lion has long been revered as a symbol of bravery and nobility, representing the core values that we, as a nation, strive to uphold. Its majestic presence evokes a spirit of leadership and valor that is fitting for our national identity.
         - Cultural and Historical Significance: The Lion has been a prominent figure in various cultures throughout history, embodying the virtues of honor and protection. It aligns with our aspirations for a future characterized by resilience, integrity, and Christianity. 
         - Incompatibility of Cerberus: In contrast, the figure of Cerberus—often depicted as a three-headed dog guarding the underworld—carries associations that are inconsistent with our nation's values. Its depiction may evoke fear and a sense of demonic presence, which does not align with the ideals we wish to promote.
Replacement of Cerberus Statue:
To reflect this new designation and to align our national symbols with our core values, it is hereby proposed that the existing statue of Cerberus be replaced with a new statue of a Lion. This statue will be crafted from copper, symbolizing both durability and a commitment to our national heritage.
Action Plan:
            - Design and Commissioning: The Governors will be tasked with the design and commissioning of the new Lion statue. Proposals should emphasize the Lion's attributes of strength and protection.
            - Removal of Cerberus Statue: President Aaron Butler and DOD Peyton Butler shall oversee the removal of the Cerberus statue, ensuring that this transition is carried out with respect and dignity. And the old statue copied and archived in Confederation Historical Storage. 
          - Installation of the Lion Statue: The new Lion statue is to be installed in the same current location as the Cerberus Statue, symbolizing our commitment to honor and strength.
Conclusion:
This declaration marks a significant step in aligning our national symbols with the values we cherish. The Lion will stand as a proud representation of The Confederation, embodying our collective aspirations for strength, unity, and honor.
