Bill #16 (Passed)

3/23/2025

“The Citizen Admittance Act” Rewrite

Whereas

There is no official way to add new members to the realm in accordance with the constitution.

Therefore

Every new realm member application (see Amd. 2) will be organized by State, as is already custom previous to the passage of this bill.

Whereas

There is also no formal way of onboarding members to the Realm.

Therefore

Every alien may, by his (or her) request, be able to apply to the State of his residence. If approved (see Amd. 2), he will receive a Realms code to immigrate to the Confederation.

Whereas

There is no clarification as to what laws the new citizen is subject to.

Therefore

The citizen’s actions will fall under the jurisdiction of the State by which he is a member of.

Whereas

Admitting new citizens would complicate peacekeeping among the several states and governors would need federal law enforcement.

Therefore

State laws broken can result in Deportation by the Enforcer, if that punishment be specified by the Governor of that state. Deportation will mean removal from the Realm and deletion from the census. (If the deportation of the person occurs on the day of the Presidential election, then said person will be removed from the census for the State’s Electoral point total.)

– President Peyton G. Butler

I, as a representative of the people of the Confederation, hereby censure Olivia for her ongoing conduct in recent decades. This conduct includes crossing her 7’s and Z’s; also her continuing advocacy for that form of handwriting. In addition, she insists this is an acceptable form of script which isn’t in keeping with the national dignity. Any officer position (if any) she holds will be revoked as a result.

By the power vested in me, I declare a National Park in the forested region in land previously held by Premium. This park is named Garett National Park, and the largest mountain in the park is hereby named Mount McGarett. The entire park will be in honor of the former president Garett Butler. This will serve alongside the ongoing beautification and preservation of the Confederation.

The region surrounds the point of negative two thousand and thirty-two on the x-axis; and seven hundred and seventy-six on the z-axis.

This will all be done with the kind cooperation of the State of Premium. Any Governor may contribute to the making of trails and pathways within; however, the wildlife must be preserved in the process.
